In 2012, Planet Granite has donated in the following ways:
| CLIMBING |
 $20,000 as a company match for funds raised as at an auction fundraiser to the American Safe Climbing Association (ASCA) for their bolting fund.
The fundraising auction was hosted at Planet San Francisco on Tuesday, October 9th, 2012. In total, over $43,000 was raised for the ASCA! |
| $20,000 to Outward Bound California |
 $780 to re-open the local the Auburn Quarry outside Sacramento, California.
Planet Granite worked with the Access Fund and California Resource Advocates for Greater Sacramento (CRAGS). Opening day is Sept 7, 2012 and the crag will now be open for use on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. |
 $5,000 to the Yosemite Convervancy to help rebuild and maintain climber trails. |
