Mondays 6:30pm - Abs n Core Lowen is a Bay Area native, and life-long athlete. She specializes in human movement and rehabilitation as an orthopedic physical therapist, and enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities. She strives to help others achieve their personal goals, even if they don't involve her favorites: climbing, volleyball and whaleboat rowing. After a short stint back East to toughen up and study ecology/biology, Lowen returned to receive her physical therapy degree at UCSF/SFSU, and her Pilates training at ITT Pilates here in the Presidio. She continues to be a student of human movement, and her influences include yoga, Pilates, sports, the latest biomechanical research, and the animal kingdom. |

Wednesday 6:00pm - Boxing Conditioning Jeevan is originally from the Midwest and moved to San Francisco in 2002. He has taught boxing at the University of Notre Dame, DePaul University Fitness Center and Lincoln Park Athletic Club in Chicago. He also currently teaches at Club One Fitness at the JCC in Pacific Heights. |

Thursdays 6:15pm - Fast Interval Training Micaela is a fitness fanatic. During grammar school, high school and college, Micaela played on several sports teams, including track, crew and soccer. She began riding horses at age three and still competes to this day. At age ten she bought her first gym membership and it was then that her love of group exercise began. Micaela is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She teaches a variety of formats including spin, sculpt, step, kick-box, core and boot camp classes. Micaela recently received her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, with an emphasis in sports nutrition. |
