She works with all fitness abilities and desires to meet your goals in a fun, supportive environment. You can expect to get a personalized work out that will strengthen your balance, speed, agility, endurance, and all while making your specific goals top priority. Vicki is a fitness expert with 25 years of extensive and diverse experience. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and Health Fitness Director. She also holds certifications as a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist and TRX Suspension Training. Vicki specializes in functional training, core strength and stability, and flexibility. She has a background in medical fitness working with injury corrective exercises. As an avid biker, climber, downhill and backcountry skier, golfer, kayaker, tennis player and yoga practitioner, she is able to deliver results for desired activities.
