In this event hosted at Planet Granite San Francisco, we will visit and release the body’s most notorious holding points for tension and stress. You’ll finish this one-hour workshop with a customized, take-home map of your body’s tight spots, easy and clear instructions on how to release these muscles, and some simple new ideas about how to feel comfortable and perform best in your body.
