Whether running, swimming or hiking is your thing, keeping your fitness up is essential to living the active lifestyle we love so much.
Tracking your fitness is one of the most important components to making progress in your sport. We’d like to invite you to join us for FREE Fitness testing with PG personal trainers as we begin a new series of the BASE Fitness events. Come establish your BASE, or test it in order to track your progress.
