This fitness class focuses on abs and core muscles utilizing medicine balls, Pilates balls, Styrofoam rollers, sliders and resistance exercises. Arrive early for “tips” on modifying the class for your fitness level.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
