An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
This class is a 75 minute cardio & weight training program that utilizes our fitness equipment. The format changes each M – W – F to provide a variety for class participants. Work at your own level while challenging yourself with new exercises.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
