This 45 minute class is designed to build strength and stamina, increase total body mobility and stability, and fire up your core! Get ready to sweat with this total body workout for all levels, utilizing gravity and your body weight.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
