|Yin yoga is introspective, passive, and reflective. This style of yoga was developed to access the deep connective tissues (fascia), stimulating the energy meridians in order to open blockages and alleviate joint compression. Yang yoga is dynamic, warming, active, extrovert and light, and is most like Vinyasa practice. Yin-Yang yoga balances these two styles of yoga to create a more balanced yoga practice. All abilities and levels welcome!
