Looking for another way to stay fit and have fun?  Try out Bootcamp, our newest fitness class at PG Sunnyvale.  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45pm in the Cycling Room, get a whole body workout with Zeus!  Here’s a description of what is to come:

Bootcamp is a body weight resistance based strength and conditioning class designed to increase performance, improve balance and rev-up your metabolism in an upbeat environment incorporating scalable exercises designed to challenge beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast alike!

And, no you won’t be doing ringwork BUT, Zeus is an excellent trainer and a great source of info!  Bootcamp can help you tone your body so you can attempt to work the rings!
