Planet Granite will open two Dallas locations in 2021 that will provide climbing, yoga and fitness to The Hill and the Design District.
DESIGN DISTRICT features 42,000 square feet of expansive bouldering, lead and top rope terrain with walls topping out at 5o-feet!
THE HILL features 37,000 square feet of expansive bouldering terrain under natural light and a unique outdoor fitness area.
Both facilities will offer:
- Hydraulic campus boards, system boards and additional training essentials
- Strength and cardio fitness area
- Group fitness classes
- Yoga studio and classes
- Fully stocked gear shop
- Family-friendly classes
- Introductory climbing classes
- Advanced climbing classes
About the Design District location:
Planet Granite Design District’s location is convenient to I-35, Uptown, Oak Lawn, Downtown, West Dallas, Oak Cliff and Trinity Groves. “We are delighted to have a chance to open our first Dallas location here and truly become a part of this historic and iconic neighborhood,” explains Cohen.

Planet Granite The Hill will be conveniently located on Walnut Hill Lane and Central Expressway and offers ample parking. It’s also steps from the “Walnut Hill” stop on the Red Line (Dart System) and bus routes serving the same stop. Planet Granite Design District is located in the heart of the iconic Design District with easy access to I-35, Uptown, Oak Lawn, Downtown and Trinity Groves.
