F10 Fitness



For climbers

F10 Fitness is a workout program designed here at Planet Granite to provide a full-body workout that complements other activies like climbing. The workouts include metabolic conditioning through cardio, plyometrics, gymnastics activities, freeweights, and more. It’s a great way to build strength, and the classes offer encouragement to new participants with limited experience and confidence.

Classes are designed for increased overall fitness, enhancing physical and mental strengths that are necessary to support climbing training. Climbers can expect to build strength, endurance, and explosive power, which will translate to awesome dynamic movement on the wall.
