Foundations practices provide an opportunity for all participants to build or revisit the foundations of their preferred style of yoga. In these classes, instructors provide detailed descriptions of each movement, idea, or concept taught. Classes tend to move at a slower pace. The pacing allows you all the time you need to absorb the information and deepen your yoga practice. Our Foundations classes will take you through the basics of Yoga Philosophy, Postural Alignment, and even Acro Yoga. Whether you are new to yoga, or are simply returning to your roots, these courses provide the education you need to build a solid personal practice.
