Without community I would not be working in the fitness and climbing industry. The fitness and climbing communities are kind, inclusive and always looking for new ways to challenge each other!

If you’re nervous about getting into fitness I would say that these activities are inherently challenging and that what is more important is that you are attempting something difficult and trying to better yourself physically and mentally.

Growing up I was always involved in sports and wanted to make a career out of it. I decided to go into the field of physical therapy to help individuals recover from pain and injuries. From there, I branched into personal training and coaching. It is my goal to help others improve their fitness and prevent injuries.

My classes focus on strength training and intervals to help you increase strength and feel great. I also use my physical therapy background to create a balanced approach between muscle groups to help prevent injuries and pain.
