You’ve seen them in the gym, running stairs, slamming weighted balls, grunting and sweating while working as hard as possible, and probably thought, “No way I could never do that!”

Well, we know that you can, and we’re ready to help you start now!

The Intro to Group Fitness class is a 45-minute class designed to give you the skills necessary to participate in our other fitness classes such as F10, 20/20/20, and Total Body Fitness.

Our instructors will work one-on-one with students to ensure they are learning proper form and technique, to maximize both workout and knowledge. If you’ve ever been interested in group fitness and weren’t sure where to start, this class is for you!

Stop by the Front Desk for more details. To attend the class, just meet the instructor in the Ground Floor Fitness area at 12pm on Mondays.
