For the month of January, we’re trying out a new program: 30 Minute Training Tips. Every Tuesday & Thursday, just in January, PG Sunnyvale’s staff will be sharing quick tips from their own tested methods of how to get stronger. These tips incorporate how to use all of PG’s training equipment to improve your climbing: from hangboards to our new adjustable system board, games to keep your psyche up, crack climbing basics and a special segment by our own CrossFit instructor on how CrossFit and the rings can balance out those climbing muscles. These are open to all levels and abilities – learn tips on how to tailor our training tools to fit your needs.
Looking for something a bit more in depth? Mike & Art’s Power Endurance Training is back and starts Thursday, Jan 20th. Cost is $165 ($200 non-members) for the 6 week class; return attendees receive an additional 10% off.
