Workout of the Week: 15 Minute Partner Workout with Matt and Amy
For this week’s Workout of the Week, Personal Trainers Matt and Amy show us how we can get a workout in with a buddy in just 15 minutes! You know how the saying goes, friends that train together, send together!
Here are the details, each person will do each exercise three times: 60 seconds, 45 seconds and 30 seconds. In between your reps your partner goes!
