An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Monday, repeating until July 29, 2019
20-20-20 is broken into 3 different sections. 20 minutes of heart pumping cardio vascular intervals such as running*, stairs, spin, rower or body weight exercises, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of dynamic flexibility, balance, and mobility work. You truly get the best of ALL worlds with 20-20-20. Come check it out! All levels welcome.

Location: Upstairs group area
*weather permitting, we may go outside for portions of this class.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
