Whether it’s with a yoga ball, med ball, dynamax ball, the half bosu ball, or your own body weight participants will reap the benefits of this CORE GALORE class. We consider your abs, low back, hips and glutes your core, so don’t be fooled: dynamic total body bursts coupled with focused stability/strength movements make this an excellent cross training addition to anyone’s fitness program. This will be a class you LOVE to hate. All levels welcome
Class Size: 12+.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
