An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Thursday, repeating until July 27, 2028
This class includes 30-minutes of high-intensity cardio designed to get your heart pumping.
All levels welcome. Modifications to exercises are available
80% aerobic cardio exercises 10% anaerobic exercises 10% mobility and flexibility
Location: Fitness Studio 2nd floor
Many participants will come to the prior class, Strength30, at noon and stay for Cardio30, getting in a full mix of Strength and Cardio. Feel free to do one or the other, or both.
Participation in yoga and fitness classes is open to all members. Members and their guests can attend any class that has not met the maximum capacity limit. The MAIN FLOOR maximum of 20 participants. The 2nd FLOOR STUDIO maximum of 18 participants. Non-members must purchase a day pass and attend as a guest.
