A 30 minute high intensity cardio class. Cardio30 is instructed by a personal trainer dedicated to helping you be your best. Come see how to make the most of 30 minutes!
Feel free to attend the Strength30 class prior to Cardio30 for a complete Strength and Cardio workout!
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
