The F10 Fitness class format is structured to improve overall fitness levels. This class physically and mentally challenges each participant to practice proper techniques, adapt to different training styles, and pursue increased stamina, strength, and endurance.
This class is an all-inclusive fitness program designed for individuals to challenge themselves and push each other. It enhances physical strength, reduces weaknesses, increases mobility/stability, and fosters community by including partner and or team drills. The workouts will consist of a variety of modalities, including a timed or repetition structured format to keep the participant enhancing their general physical preparedness (GPP) and overall fitness.
Modifications to exercises are available.
Preferred prerequisite: Total Body Fitness
70% weights 15% cardio endurance 15% mobility and stability
Participation in yoga and fitness classes is open to all members. Members and their guests can attend any class that has not met the maximum capacity limit. The MAIN FLOOR maximum of 20 participants. The 2nd FLOOR STUDIO maximum of 18 participants. Non-members must purchase a day pass and attend as a guest.
