F-10 Power has been designed to educate and instruct any interested members in the sport of Olympic Lifting. Olympic Lifting involves mastering the movements for the clean, snatch, deadlift, front squat, back squat, overhead squat and is truly a sport in itself. Our F-10 Power instructors are both proficient in the steps needed to get you started and advance your current techniques.
F-10 Power will give participants the opportunity to lift heavier weights in a low rep, long recovery phase for strength gains and muscle building. F-10 POWER participants can use as little or as much weight as the instructor deems appropriate. We do NOT suggest this class for people new to fitness training, nor do we recommend it for anyone with an existing injury.
F10 classes may require a pre-requisite. Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
