An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Monday, repeating until July 27, 2020
A slower-paced class that focuses on fundamentals of yoga and is taught in the Vinyasa tradition. It breaks down the fast-paced series that you find in a Vinyasa Flow/Power class and focuses on body awareness and mechanics. This class is good for those new to yoga or students who want a slower paced class.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
