Hatha Yoga is an alignment-based practice with roots in Iyengar Yoga. This class will emphasize clear and precise body placement and anatomy, in addition to a focus on breath-work. Hatha yoga is generally slower paced and cultivates strength, balance and flexibility by working physically and psychologically to hold poses for longer periods of time. This class is accessible and challenging for all levels of practitioners.
