An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until July 28, 2020
A 30 minute class designed to help you build strength and power. Strength30 is instructed by a personal trainer dedicated to helping you be your best. Come see how to make the most of 30 minutes!
Many participants will come to the prior class, Cardio30, at 12pm and stay for Strength30 getting in a full mix of Strength and Cardio. Feel free to do one or the other, or both!
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
