An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 27, 2029
A 30-minute class that includes high-intensity interval training. The goal is to get you moving, add on after your weight training or climbing session. HIIT classes will involve total body movements performed at intervals. Strength, power, flexibility and posture exercises will be addressed in this class to help you create a solid base of fitness or improve your current fitness level.
All levels welcome. Modifications to exercises are available.

Location: Fitness Studio 2nd floor
Participation in yoga and fitness classes is open to all members. Members and their guests can attend any class that has not met the maximum capacity limit. The MAIN FLOOR maximum of 20 participants. The 2nd FLOOR STUDIO maximum of 18 participants. Non-members must purchase a day pass and attend as a guest.
