An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until July 30, 2019
Planet Granite is excited to launch a 30 minute high intensity interval training class (HIIT 30)! The goal is to get you sweating and finished with your workout so you can get climbing or get outside and enjoy the awesome summer weather. HIIT classes will involve total body movements performed at intervals. Strength, power, flexibility and posture exercises will be addressed in this class to help you create a solid base of fitness or improve your current fitness level. HIIT is instructed by a personal trainer dedicated to helping you be your best. Come see how to make the most of 30 minutes!
Feel free to attend CYCLE 30 before to make your workout into an hour.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
