A 30 min class that focuses on climb specific muscle groups, and movements focusing on injury prevention.
Class includes injury preventative exercises to help build stronger, healthier climbers. Lots of education on hips, shoulders, and trunk muscles including how they work together!
Climb specific skills include education on when it is appropriate to utilize hang boards, climb technique, and balance activity. This class is ideal for climbers needing or wanting modifications to participate in other fitness and climbing classes.
