An event every week that begins at 8:15am on Sunday, repeating until July 26, 2020
This class focuses on teaching athletes the fundamental movements required in the event of Olympic Weightlifting. Focusing on the two movements, the clean & jerk and the snatch, this class will teach you how to move heavy loads from the ground to overhead. The movements require finesse and power! If you’re completely new to lifting weights and using a barbell, this is the class for you!
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
