This class is designed for practitioners who have a strong foundation of yoga asana. PG’s power class offers a space for students to move into more challenging postures, to learn different variations of arm balances, inversions and backbends, and to dive deeper into the full spectrum of what yoga is and means for the mind and body.
Students are encouraged to develop a consistent yoga practice before entering a power class.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
