An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Sunday, repeating until January 3, 2021
Inspired by the 4Ps of the TEAM Fitness method (Posture, Power, Performance, and Play), this class blends these four components into a total body circuit training class that is GREAT for all levels.
This class is specifically useful and tailored to someone just beginning a cross-training program. In this class, you will learn the correct form for a variety of movements. This class creates a foundation for our F-10 classes.
1) “Posture” exercises will lengthen and strengthen the muscles.
2) “Power,” aka strength moves will increase strength and tone all over.
3) “Performance,” aka speed and agility patterns keep things creative and exciting.
4) “Play” incorporates partner or team drills that are fun and challenging.
All levels welcome. Modifications to exercises are available
Preferred prerequisite: Lifting Fundamentals or Lifting for Climbers
40% strength training 40% cardio endurance 20% combined isolations, mobility and core training
Location: Fitness Studio 2nd floor
Participation in yoga and fitness classes is open to all members. Members and their guests can attend any class that has not met the maximum capacity limit. The MAIN FLOOR maximum of 20 participants. The 2nd FLOOR STUDIO maximum of 18 participants. Non-members must purchase a day pass and attend as a guest.
