An evolving form of Hatha yoga, this class focuses on integrating breath and movement through steady and fluid asana sequences. Each pose and each movement is crafted in connection with the breath, positioning the body with intention and specificity to move through a flow of dynamic and static postures. Vinyasa classes incorporate sun salutations to build heat within the body and a variety of postures that cultivate strength and flexibility.
This class is accessible and challenging for all levels of practitioners.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
