Workout of the Week: 15-minute Partner Workout
In this week’s Workout of the Week, Amy and Matt get us the lowdown on a great 15 minute partner workout. Both you and your partner will do each workout three times: 60 seconds, 45 seconds and 30 seconds. In between, your partner will go!
TIME: 20DIFFICULTY: All Abilities EQUIPMENT: BOSU, Bar/Hangboard, Exercise Ball, and Foam RollerFOCUS: Core, Arms, and Hamstrings
