Running related aggravations/injuries can often be attributed to poor running biomechanics and/or form. But, most runners don’t know how they ‘should’ run when they hit the road.

Join ‘Marathon’ Matt Forsman Sunday 2/14 @ 12pm in our San Francisco gym as he covers the basic principles of running biomechanics/form. While there will not be any extensive running involved, wear clothes/shoes conducive to running if you want Matt to take a closer look at your form.
