An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Saturday, repeating until August 31, 2020
This class focuses on building muscular strength and endurance to prepare you for your next big adventure. Workouts are long and grinding, usually 40-50 minutes in length, and incorporate a variety of bodyweight movements and weighted exercises. This class will help you climb longer, build strength, and stay light. No fitness background is required, and anyone is welcome to attend!
Class length is 60 minutes.
