An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Saturday, repeating until January 4, 2020
This class will focus specifically on strength training. Targeted movements will be squats, deadlifts, presses and Olympic movements.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest. For more information about F10, click here.
