An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 31, 2019
A fast-paced class in which the sequence of poses changes with each class. Poses flow from one to the next for a strengthening and calorie-burning workout. This is a challenging class that is open to all levels of students. If you’re new to Power it may take a few times, but you’ll soon catch on to the basics!
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
