An evolving form of Hatha yoga, this style focuses on integrating breath and movement through steady and fluid asana sequences called Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing yoga practice. It synchronizes breath and movement using Sun Salutations to connect poses.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
