An event every week that begins at 7:45pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 1, 2020
Take your time and enjoy a slow paced practice for deep self-care to encourage the release of muscular tension and stress in the body. This class will guide you through a slow flow of passive yoga poses and restoratives supported by props to bring fluidity, spaciousness, and ease to your body. Mindfulness and pranayama (breathwork) are woven throughout for a complete practice that is rebalancing and nourishing. All levels are welcome.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
