An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until July 30, 2019
This is a great class for lighter lifting days, where training is still important, but you can refine your movement skills. With a strong focus on basic, foundational movements (Squats, Deadlifts, Presses), in this class you will learn and/or refine lifting technique, and this class can be used as a stepping stone to prepare you for some of the more Athletic movement in our F10 Fitness classes. A class will include, but is not limited to, the following parts: mobility/stretching, weightlifting instruction/skill development, and a metabolic conditioning (faster paced workout) portion. Whether you are Training to break into a new climbing grade or a new PR this class is for you.

*weather permitting, we may go outside for portions of this class.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
