F10 Fitness not only adapts and develops exercises to improve participants’ overall fitness, but physically and mentally challenges participants above and beyond their initial capabilities.
This is an all-inclusive fitness program designed for individuals to challenge themselves and push each other.
This class is for anyone who would like to join our F10 Fitness classes and has no prior lifting experience, or would like to brush up on movements prior to joining an F10 Fitness class. It consists of basics weight training and body weight movements. All movements can be scaled down to their most basic elements for those unfamiliar with specific exercises while still making it a challenging workout no matter the experience of the participant. This class involves detailed breakdowns of each movement for maximum benefit no matter if you’re an experienced weightlifter or are just beginning your fitness journey.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest.
