Acroyoga is a practice that combines acrobatics and yoga in a playful and strengthening way. It can illuminate the ways we communicate, respond to and connect with each other. Learn the foundations of this powerful practice to build trust, confidence and have fun flying with new friends!
We’ll take you through core conditioning & flexibility exercises, functional movement mechanics and techniques to get you upside down and flying in acrobatic partner yoga poses. Everyone will have the opportunity to base and fly, practice safe spotting, and interact with the whole class.
No previous experience and no partner needed.
