An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
This class is intended for those looking either to compete, or those looking for the next level of intensity in their workouts. Class size is restricted to 15 people, and all participants must be able to do the workouts as prescribed. Proficiency with Olympic lifts, and ability to do basic movements unassisted is required. This includes but is not limited to: pull-ups, ring dips, and the ability to kick up into a handstand.

Prerequisites: Olympic lifting experience, all basic movements without scaling/assistance (ex. pull-ups, dips, pistols, handstands, etc…)
