An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
F10 Fitness not only adapts and develops exercises to improve participants’ overall fitness, but physically and mentally challenges participants above and beyond their initial capabilities.
This is an all-inclusive fitness program designed for individuals to challenge themselves and push each other. It enhances physical strength, reduces weaknesses, builds community through team cohesion and also supports and encourages new participants with limited experience and confidence.
F10 Fitness include strength training and cardio in the form of basic gymnastic movements and weightlifting, as well as agility movements, jump roping, and box jumps.
**If you are not familiar with the Olympic lifts (Snatch, Clean, and Jerk), we recommend taking some of our F10 Basics, F10 Foundations, and/or Functional Movement and Mobility classes prior to attempting an F10 Fitness classes. This is to ensure the safety of all participants.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest. For more information about F10, click here.
