This class will focus specifically on strength training with Olympic lifts. Targeted movements will be the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. This class will be for those who are wanting to focus on strength and power as well as improving mobility and technique. F10 Oly will be specifically programmed using periodization working muscular strength and endurance. Class structure will be 10 minute warmup, with the remainder of the time focused on lifting and technique.
*This class is targeted towards those with some prior Olympic lifting experience. Those without lifting experience should try to take some of the F10 Basics, Functional Movement and Mobility, and/or F10 Foundations classes prior to attendance.
Please note: spots for yoga and fitness classes can’t be held by registering online. Members can attend any class that isn’t full, at any time. Non-members must purchase a day pass, or attend as a guest. For more information about F10, click here.
