Most of us have heard about the many benefits of a meditation practice: It reduces stress and anxiety, increases self-awareness and mental clarity, helps build compassion and wellness. The list goes on! This class will explore a variety of techniques that help establish a natural connection with our breath, sensations, thoughts, and emotions. The goal is to demystify meditation and to make it accessible while helping to connect you to a greater sense of calm and softness. Build awareness and mindfulness in a quiet setting and carry the benefits of the practice with you throughout your daily life!
