Partner Yoga brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch, and support. Some postures will challenge your balance, strength, and flexibility while others build trust and improve communication. Class begins by establishing community, then participants will practice a flow-style yoga. Classes usually end by learning the techniques of Thai massage. All levels welcome with advanced options for the adventurous at heart! Come with your partner or come alone and connect with others.
