Join Jillian Glikbarg (E-RYT 500) and Ashley VanDyne (RYT 500) as they guide you through a sublime restorative yoga practice leading into Yoga Nidra. Restorative Yoga works deep within the physical structure of the body to help
release unwanted strain and resistance that may be due to physical challenges or even mental phenomena. Once the body is completely relaxed and limitations released we will move into a long guided Yoga Nidra. In what some call the most powerful yoga technique around – Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of deep rest and relaxation whereby you remain conscious while aware of the body, and mind in deep sleep, thus regaining balance, mental acuity, and much needed rest.
