Heavy Finger Roll with Daniel @PGSV

DIFFICULTY: All levels
EQUIPMENT: Barbell
FOCUS: Finger Strength

Sample Heavy Finger Roll Workout:

Warm-Up Set: 10-20 reps of 60% body weight
First Set: 10-12 reps of 100% body weight
Second Set: 10-12 reps of 100% body weight + 20-30lbs
Third Set: 5-10 reps of 100% body weight + 30-40lbs
Last two Sets: 3-5 reps of 100% body weight + 40-50lbs
